- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★June 22, 2019, by Stacey CulhaneMy Samsung dryer's heating element went out on Friday afternoon. I called Ken's and they sent Chad out on Tuesday to fix the dryer. Chad was wonderful! He came out with the part he needed and arrived right on time. He had to practically completely disassemble the machine to get to the heating element, but he got the dryer running again! I will definitely be a return customer!
